Robert
W. Dora, Principal
Mr.
Dora graduated from the University of Colorado. He is the
co-owner of Dora Brothers Hospitality Corporation and Indiana
Hotel & Property Management Inc. Mr. Dora is a managing
partner/member or stockholder in two Holiday Inns, a Comfort
Inn & Suites, three Holiday Inn Express, two Hampton
Inns, a Best Western Hotel & Suites and a Sleep Inn which
are managed by Dora Brothers Hospitality. Additionally, Indiana
Hotel & Property Management, Inc. manages a Holiday Inn
and a Holiday Inn Express under management agreements. He
has been involved in the development and opening of over seventeen
hotels and four TGI Fridays restaurants during his career
in the hospitality industry.
He
is the past President of the Indianapolis Hotel Association
and has served on several hospitality related boards and committees.
He currently sits on the International Association of Holiday
Inns Full Service Committee; Member, Holiday Inn Food
and Beverage Council (2001 to 2003); Member, International
Association of Holiday Inns, Board of Directors (elected Sept
2003); Chairman, International Association of Holiday Inns
Central Region Committee; and Member, General Managers Institute
Committee.
Mr. Doras properties have been recipients
of numerous awards for quality and service excellence. He
is a principal in Prestige Building Company, a general contractor/
construction management firm.

Timothy
J. Dora, Principal
Mr. Dora holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Finance from the University of Colorado. Mr. Dora is the owner of Dora Hotel Company, a hotel development and management company. Dora Hotel Company is currently developing a Candlewood Suites in Terre Haute, Indiana; a Hotel Indigo in Carmel, Indiana; a Candlewood Suites in Columbus, Indiana; a Staybridge Suites in Indianapolis, Indiana (Traders Point); an Education and Conference Center in Columbus, Indiana; a Hotel Indigo in Bloomington, Indiana; a Hotel Indigo in Indianapolis, Indiana (Airport area) and a 105,000 square foot office building for Cummins, Inc. in Columbus, Indiana.
Mr. Dora is a co-owner of Dora Brothers Hospitality Corporation. Dora Brothers is hotel management and accounting company.
Mr. Dora is a managing partner/member or stockholder of one Comfort Suites hotel, two Candlewood Suites Hotels, one Comfort Inn & Suites Hotel, four Hilton Garden Inn hotels, one Holiday Inn hotel, three Holiday Inn Express Hotels, two Hotel Indigo hotels, two Staybridge Suites hotels and two Independent hotels. Mr. Dora’s properties have been recipients of numerous awards for quality and service excellence including the 2001 Developer of the Year Award from Hilton Hotels Corporation. He has been involved in the management, development and opening of over thirty hotels during his career in the hospitality industry.
He is the past President and Board Member of the Indiana Hotel & Lodging Association and has served on several hospitality related boards and committees. He has been designated as a Certified Hotel Administrator by the American Hotel & Lodging Association. He is the Vice-Chairman of Premier Capital Corporation of Indianapolis, Indiana a Certified Development Corporation of the Small Business Administration. He is a principal in Dykstra Building Company a general contractors/ construction management firm.

Julie
Garrett, Director of Sales
Ms.
Garrett is a graduate of St. Ambrose University with a B.S.
in Art and minor in Advertising/Marketing. She has 16 years
of Sales and Marketing experience, 8 of which are in the hospitality
industry, 4 years at Dora Brothers Hospitality. Ms. Garrett
oversees the daily sales efforts of the current 10 Dora Brothers
properties. Her responsibilities also include hiring and training
sales staff, developing and implementing marketing strategies,
participating in Industry Trade Shows, manage national accounts,
and organize preopening sales functions of future hotel openings.

Neva
A. Bowman, Corporate Controller
Ms.
Bowman graduated Summa Cum Laude from Ball State University's
Honors College in 1992. She graduated third in her accounting
class at Ball State. She obtained a B.S. in Accounting. She
obtained her C.P.A. license in 1994.. She was employed by
Katz, Sapper & Miller of Indianapolis from 1992 to 1996
where many of her clients were in the hospitality and food
industry. She has been employed by Dora Brothers Hospitality
as the Corporate Controller since 1996.
